Refund Policy

By taking part in the Street Runner pilot, all user groups agree to act in good faith.

If for any reason the customer is not happy with goods received. A return case will be opened and the customer will be able to provide reasons why goods were not as expected. 

Customers' cases will be reviewed to determine cause for the goods not being as expected and appropriate action to be taken.

Street Runner is fully responsible for delivering and handling goods in a way that ensures they arrive in good order.  If for any reason goods are damaged, broken or spoilt on route, customers will be offered a full refund. Traders will be compensated for any goods damaged on route.

Traders are fully responsible for providing goods as shown on our website where possible. Some products are subject to change such as seasonal produce and will considered as such.
